Electrophoresis Varnish Rectification Device
Our advanced electrophoretic paint rectifier device incorporates international technology and Japanese-sourced specialized resins, designed specifically for soluble series anode electrophoresis paint film applications in aluminum anodized electrophoresis production lines.
Working Principle
During continuous electrophoresis production, impurity ions accumulate in the electrophoresis tank from pretreatment processes or material sections, altering conductivity and pH levels. Our rectification equipment effectively removes harmful impurities including sulfate ions through ion exchange resin technology.
The system maintains process parameters within allowable ranges by controlling pH and conductivity. When resin becomes saturated with impurity ions, regeneration reverses the process using hydrogen or hydroxide ions to restore resin effectiveness.
