Installation Requirements
- Install in ventilated, frost-free locations
- Ensure pump is not affected by pipeline tension
- Outdoor installations require protective covers
- Maintain adequate clearance for maintenance access
- Install horizontally with horizontal inlet and vertical outlet
- Electrical wiring must prevent phase loss, voltage instability, leakage, and overload
NPSH Requirements
To prevent cavitation, ensure minimum inlet pressure using the formula: H=Pb×10.2-NPSH-Hf-Hv-Hs
Calculation Notes:
Perform NPSH calculations for high liquid temperatures, flow rates exceeding rated values, large suction heads, long inlet pipelines, low system pressure, or poor import conditions.
