Working Principle
During continuous electrophoresis production, impurity ions accumulate in the tank from pretreatment processes or aluminum profiles, affecting conductivity and pH values. Our rectification equipment effectively removes harmful ions like sulfate ions using ion-exchange resin technology, maintaining optimal process parameters. When resin becomes saturated with impurity ions, regeneration restores functionality through hydrogen or hydroxide ion exchange.
