Complete wastewater treatment production line designed for anodizing facilities with 300-ton monthly output capacity. This system effectively treats acidic, alkaline, and nickel-containing wastewater to meet strict environmental discharge standards.

Sludge Management
Comprehensive sludge handling system includes concentration, dewatering via filter press, and proper disposal through certified waste management partners to prevent secondary environmental contamination.
Note: This system specifically handles cleaning wastewater from water washing tanks and excludes tank discharge liquids. The process does not include acid etching or three acid polishing operations.
