2000T/M Aluminium Anodizing Production Line with Multiple Rinsing tank
一. Equipment Name:
1. The core of the production line is a series of anodizing tanks where the electrochemical oxidation process takes place. These tanks contain the electrolyte solution (e.g., sulfuric acid, chromic acid, or boric acid) and the aluminum parts are submerged and electrically charged to grow the oxide layer.
2.In between the anodizing tanks, there are multiple rinsing stations that use cascading water to thoroughly clean the parts and remove any residual chemicals.
3.After the anodizing and rinsing steps, the parts move through drying stations to remove any remaining moisture before further processing.

四. Treatment Process:
- Degreasing
(1) 6jig(rack)/ tank x 1 tank=6jig(rack)
(2) treatment time: 2-5min - Alkaline Etching
(1) 6jig(rack) / tank x 2 tank=12jig(rack)
(2) treatment time: 3-15min - Neutralization
(1) 6jig(rack) / tank x 1 tank=6jig(rack)
(2) treatment time: 1-5min - Anodizing
(1) 3 jig(rack)/tank x 6tanks = 18jig(rack)
(2) Current density: 130A/m²
(3) Process time: 30min
(4) Unprocess time: 10min
(5) Total time 30+10=40min
(6) Average anodizing layer : 0.36*1.3*30*0.77 =10.81um

六. Design Parameter and Setting
1. Anodizing treatment area:
1) Each anodizing process tank need 40min ,where total jig(rack)/year:
( 3 rack x 6 tank x 60min/h) ÷40min x600 hour =16200jig(rack)
2) Design 50m²/jig(rack) . Where every tank is 100m²
3) Area treatment/year : 16200jig(rack)x 50m² /jig =810000m²
2. Anodizing treatment weight:
Monthly output : 810000m²÷350m²/T*0.9=2082T≧2000T
3. Power consumption:
1) Anodising Tank:100m²/tank* 130A/ m²÷0.9=14444A/tank
Power Rectifier : 15000A =6unit
2) Clouring tank: 100㎡/tank×70A/m²÷0.9 = 7777A/tank
Colour Rectifier : 8000A =3 unit
