The MEI-AL-5000*1200*15000 chemical brightening polishing station produces mirror-quality surface finishes on aluminum components prior to anodizing. With a 20mm thick PP acid-resistant tank, integrated fume extraction hood, and external PTFE heat exchanger, this station safely handles phosphoric-nitric acid brightening solutions at elevated temperatures for high-gloss decorative anodized finishes.
