MEIAL supplies two dedicated SCR power units for aluminum finishing: ML-YH DC rectifier for oxide film growth, and dual/single-wave AC-DC coloring power for electrolytic tinting. Full current range 1KA~25KA, complete multi-protection circuit, PC communication port reserved, air-cooled cabinet, perfectly matched to automatic & manual anodizing lines.
DC constant current/voltage output drives aluminum substrate to generate uniform dense anodic oxide film. Stable current density eliminates uneven film thickness, edge thin layers and batch chromatic aberration, the core power equipment for decorative & hard anodizing.
