1200T/M Semi-Automatic Gantry Aluminium Anodizing Production Line (4 Anodizing Tanks + 2 Dyeing Tanks)
This semi-automatic anodizing line features 4 independent anodizing tanks and 2 dyeing tanks, complemented by complete pre-treatment, multi-stage rinsing, and sealing processes. It utilizes a frequency conversion gantry crane for semi-automatic transportation, supporting seamless switching between manual and semi-automatic operation modes.
Designed for 6063 & 6061 aluminium profiles and industrial aluminium components, the system supports natural anodizing and multi-color dyeing processes. With high flexibility, the line accommodates both sampling and mass production for diversified, medium, and small-batch orders.
The system delivers a stable monthly capacity of 1200 tons under two-shift operation. Featuring moderate investment requirements and low workshop height specifications, it represents an ideal solution for medium and small aluminium surface treatment facilities.
All tanks are constructed with thickened anti-corrosion PP plates and equipped with circulation filtration, air agitation, and temperature control systems. High-frequency rectifiers ensure uniform oxide film thickness and stable color consistency. The system includes acid mist collection to meet Guangdong environmental emission standards.
