Product Description
2000T/M Semi-Automatic Anodizing Production Line for Aluminum Door & Window Profiles | Architectural Sulfuric Acid Anodizing Equipment
Product Overview
This full-automatic gantry anodizing line is specifically designed for mass production of architectural aluminum door and window profiles. Utilizing standard sulfuric acid anodizing technology, it forms uniform, compact anti-corrosion oxide films. The line supports natural finish, electrolytic coloring, and subsequent electrophoretic coating to meet diverse decorative requirements for door and window systems. Stable process parameters ensure consistent surface quality in mass production while complying with international architectural profile standards.

Process Flow
1. Degreasing: Remove surface grease and contaminants to obtain clean aluminum substrate.
2. Alkali Etching: Eliminate surface natural oxide layer and homogenize substrate texture.
3. Post-Alkali Etch Rinsing: Wash off residual alkali liquor and aluminum sludge.
4. Neutralizing & Desmutting: Remove black smut and alkaline residues.
5. Post-Neutralization Rinsing: Prevent cross-contamination brought to the anodizing tank.
6. Sulfuric Acid Anodizing: Grow protective aluminum oxide film under constant temperature & current.
7. Post-Anodizing Rinsing: Eliminate residual sulfuric acid to avoid oxide film damage.
8. Optional Electrolytic Coloring: Achieve stable metallic decorative colors.
9. Pure Water Rinsing: Remove residual dye and acid contaminants.
10. Sealing Treatment: Seal micropores of oxide film to improve corrosion resistance and weatherability.
11. Constant Temperature Drying: Achieve spot-free drying for finished profiles.
Core Advantages
Consistent Architectural Grade Quality: Precise closed-loop temperature and current control ensures stable 8–22 μm film thickness, effectively avoiding color difference and streaking for door & window profile batches.
Outstanding Outdoor Weather Resistance: Standard architectural anodizing treatment enables profiles to resist UV radiation, acid rain and temperature variation for long-term outdoor service.
High-volume Automatic Production: Gantry fully automatic operation reduces manual intervention. Stable monthly output reaches 180–220 tons to meet large-scale door and window factory order demands.
Flexible Process Compatibility: The line can be upgraded to connect with electrophoretic coating section to realize integrated anodizing + E-coat production.
Economical Operation Cost: Equipped with circulation filtration and bath stabilization system to reduce chemical consumption and wastewater discharge.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What film thickness is recommended for aluminum door and window profiles?
For indoor door and window profiles, 8–12 μm film thickness is common. For outdoor building projects, 12–22 μm oxide film is recommended to achieve long-term anti-fading and anti-corrosion performance.
Q2: Can this line realize anodizing and electrophoresis integrated processing?
Yes. We can reserve interface space and expand the E-coat auxiliary tank, circulation system and curing oven to build a complete anodizing & electrophoretic coating combined line.
Q3: How to guarantee no color difference among profile batches?
The full-automatic gantry system executes unified preset process recipes. Constant temperature, current and processing time are strictly controlled, which greatly minimizes human operation errors and stabilizes batch color consistency.
Q4: What is the monthly output of this production line?
The standard full-automatic line achieves stable monthly capacity of 1500–2000 tons for conventional aluminum door and window profiles. The capacity can be adjusted according to customer's workshop layout and working shifts.
