This fully automatic anodizing line is designed for manufacturers supplying kitchen and bathroom hardware into high-humidity environments. With a monthly capacity of 600 metric tons, it integrates pre-treatment, electrolytic coloring, and medium-temperature nickel salt sealing into a single automated workflow.
The system ensures consistent film thickness, uniform color distribution, and UV-fade resistance—critical for faucet handles, shower rails, towel racks, and cabinet pulls exposed to daily moisture and cleaning chemicals.
