Heavy Duty Woven Wire Mesh is a very important part of the woven wire mesh.
Here below is a quick view of the main characteristics of this type of stainless steel woven wire mesh:
Bending & Forming – Good. You could bend this mesh by hand or simple tools and it would retain its shape.
Corrosion Resistance – Good. AISI304 offers good resistance against many corrosive elements.
However, AISI316 is even better for marine and aquatic applications, also with its even higher cost.
Heat Resistance – Good. AISI304 material could work very well under 800 degrees temperature.
Machinability – Good. AISI304 is the first choice for many forms of machining and grinding.
Welding – Very good. You could easily weld with this mesh to suit your requirements
Painting – Good. AISI304 also has a good performance on color painting, especially the epoxy coating, which is used as the security screen.
