Production Process

Plastic Spraying: An electrostatic powder coating method where charged plastic powder adheres to metal surfaces, then baked at 180-220°C to create a durable, flat or matte finish. Ideal for indoor applications.

Plastic Dipping: Metal is heated and coated with plastic powder through spraying or immersion in heated dipping solution. This cost-effective process requires no molds and can accommodate various shapes, available in hot/cold dip and liquid/powder variations.

While dipping is more economical, sprayed products offer superior quality with heavier weight and smoother, more rounded appearance.
