Reversed Plain Dutch Weave Wire Mesh for Filtration

Reversed Plain Dutch Weave Wire Mesh is the opposite of the Plain Dutch Weave Wire Mesh, with a larger number of wires in the warp and a smaller number in the weft. The weft wires are also heavier than warp wires. This structure offers a high degree of stability and optimal resistance to high pressure. Also make the mesh very strong, with a high flowing rate, and exceptionally easy to clean or back-wash.

Reverse plain Dutch Weave is well-suited for solid filtration applications, such as the chemical industry, petroleum industry and etc, where maintaining mechanical stability is of primary importance. Also well suited to high-pressure filtration, such as in polymer filtration and selected sand screen applications for which customized specifications have been developed. It combines the important properties of a fine metal wire mesh with increased mechanical stability.
