Our MIM process is optimized for small to medium-sized components with average weights between 0.01-50g and dimensions from 3mm to 200mm. We can accommodate larger components up to approximately 120g.

Do you generate products as well as molds?
Yes, we provide complete manufacturing services from new mold creation to production. We specialize in customized molds and products, including reverse engineering services. All production is conducted in our Taiwan facility.
What are your payment terms?
Mold Payment: 40% deposit by T/T in advance, 30% second payment before first trial samples, 30% balance after final sample approval.
Production Payment: 50% deposit in advance, 50% before final shipment.
How do you ensure product quality before shipment?
We provide comprehensive quality assurance including production process videos, detailed process reports, dimensional verification, structural analysis, surface inspection, and packing documentation.
