Processing Instructions

1. Milling

Mount the zirconia disc into your CAD/CAM milling machine.
Compatible with 98/95/92 mm open systems for precise and efficient production.

2. Sintering

• Final sintering temperature: 1530 °C

• Heating rate: ≤ 8 °C/min

• Allow the framework to cool naturally inside the furnace until room temperature
  This prevents deformation, internal stress, or surface cracking.

3. Final Finishing

Proceed with adjustment, polishing, or glazing as required.
The pre-shaded color reduces — and in most cases eliminates — extra coloring steps.
