Thermal insulation & Heat resistance
The thermal conductivity is only 0.022-0.040w (m.k), and the silica color steel plate can withstand high temperature of 250-300 ℃ for a long time, and can withstand high temperature of 400-500 ℃ in case of fire.
Flame retardant
Good flame retardancy, heat resistance, no smoke, no harmful gas.
Low toxicity and low smoke
There are only hydrogen, carbon and oxygen atoms in the silica rock color steel plate. When decomposed at high temperature, only products composed of carbon and oxygen can be produced, and there is no other toxic gas except a small amount of co.
Flame penetration resistance
Silica color steel plate has carbon formation, no drop, no curling and no melting phenomenon under the direct action of flame.
Wide range of use
The strength of silica rock color steel plate is not significantly affected by temperature. It does not experience cold shrinkage and cold brittleness at low temperature of -196 °C, and can be used for a long time in the range of -196 °C to 130 °C.
