Proper Usage Guidelines
- All operations should be performed at room temperature to maintain optimal bonding force
- Ensure printing plate and cylinder surfaces are clean before application
- Use strong alcohols for cleaning; avoid chemical solvents that may cause corrosion
- Plate-mounting tape area should exceed printing plate area to prevent warping
- Position plate interface away from tape interface to avoid lifting or detachment
- Use a scraper instead of hands for precise application
- Apply edge-sealing tape around printing plate to protect against ink and solvent contact
- Remove plates slowly at angles less than 90° to prevent wrinkling or rupture
