In addition, the unique design of this ballistic helmet, including reduced weight, elimination of the front top, and a higher cut design from the side to the back, allows for better compatibility with gas masks, communications equipment, and other vital equipment. Identity markings can be attached to the helmet with Velcro, or auxiliary equipment such as night vision goggles can be added.
