1.Product Description
This product is a high-performance Copper Nickel Socket Weld Flange manufactured from CuNi 70/30 (UNS C71500) alloy, fully compliant with ASME B16.5 standard and rated Class 150. The socket weld (SW) connection involves inserting the pipe into a recessed bore of the flange followed by a fillet weld around the pipe's outer diameter. This design ensures a smooth bore and strong, permanent joint, making it especially suitable for high-pressure and high-integrity piping systems. The CuNi 70/30 alloy provides superior resistance to seawater and biofouling.
