1.Product Description
Copper-nickel pipe is a wrought non-ferrous tube produced from vacuum-melted, deoxidized alloy. The material is characterized by its single-phase solid solution structure, which provides a unique combination of mechanical strength and ductility. The pipe is manufactured by piercing and cold drawing (seamless type) or by continuous welding with post-weld heat treatment (welded type). Both types meet international pressure vessel codes. A distinctive feature of this pipe is its ability to withstand impingement attack from flowing seawater containing sand or other suspended solids.
