1. Product Description
Copper nickel elbow is manufactured from copper-nickel alloy (CuNi), common grades C70600 (90/10) and C71500 (70/30). It offers excellent seawater corrosion resistance, anti-fouling properties, and good weldability, suitable for corrosive media piping systems.
2.Product Applications
Mainly used in shipbuilding, marine engineering, desalination, power industry, and petrochemical piping systems, especially for seawater, cooling water, and corrosive chemical media.

Avoid direct contact with dissimilar metals such as carbon steel to prevent galvanic corrosion

Control interpass temperature ≤100℃ during welding, use matching welding wire

Store in dry, well-ventilated environment, keep away from acids, alkalis, and acetylene gas
