1. Product Description
Copper nickel elbow is a directional pipe fitting manufactured from copper-nickel alloy, main grades C70600 (90/10 CuNi) and C71500 (70/30 CuNi). The product is formed by hot pushing or cold extrusion, followed by solution treatment to achieve a uniform and dense microstructure. With outstanding resistance to seawater corrosion, erosion, and marine biofouling, this elbow is widely used in various corrosive media transport systems.

Excellent corrosion resistance: Almost no pitting or crevice corrosion in seawater; uniform corrosion rate <0.03 mm/year.

Anti-fouling property: Surface continuously releases trace copper ions, effectively preventing attachment of shellfish, algae, and other organisms.

Easy weldability: Can be welded by TIG or manual arc welding without preheating; weld corrosion resistance remains unchanged.

Reliable mechanical properties: Tensile strength ≥295 MPa, elongation ≥32%, capable of withstanding temperature fluctuations and pipeline vibration.

Change pipeline direction according to design angles (45°/90°/180°) to meet layout requirements.

Ensure smooth medium flow at bends, reduce vortex zones, and lower frictional resistance loss.

Act as corner connecting elements in piping networks, combining with same-material straight pipes, flanges, tees, etc., to form complete systems.
