1. Product Description
The Copper Nickel Equal Tee is a standard fitting for equal-diameter branch connections, with all three openings having identical inside diameters. Manufactured from Cu-Ni 90/10 (C70600) or Cu-Ni 70/30 (C71500) alloy, it is available in seamless or welded forms. Produced strictly in accordance with ASTM B466/B467 and ASME B16.9, it offers excellent seawater corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and low-temperature performance, making it widely used in piping systems under harsh conditions.

Ultra-high corrosion resistance – Extremely low corrosion rate in flowing seawater, salt-laden air, and mildly acidic environments (<0.025 mm/year); excellent SCC resistance.

Natural anti-fouling – No impressed current or coating needed; copper ions released from the surface effectively prevent barnacles, sea squirts, and other biofouling.

Excellent low-temperature toughness – Impact energy remains above 60J at -30℃, suitable for polar route vessels and cold-sea platforms.

High weldability tolerance – Compatible with SMAW, GTAW, SAW, etc.; no preheating or post-weld heat treatment required.

Cavitation & erosion resistance – Good resistance to erosion-corrosion in high-velocity and sand-bearing seawater.
