1.Product Description
This product is a seamless copper‑nickel elbow fitting manufactured from virgin alloy ingots with full traceability from melting to final inspection. The fitting is produced by hot‑induction bending or cold‑pushing processes, followed by solution annealing and pickling to remove surface oxides. Each piece is clearly marked with grade, size, schedule, heat number, and manufacturer‘s logo in accordance with ASTM E527 and MSS‑SP‑25. The product is designed for butt‑weld, socket‑weld, or threaded connections and is fully interchangeable with standard ASME/ANSI piping components.
