The OH400 portable oxy-hydrogen generator produces clean fuel gas through water electrolysis, featuring a 400 LPH output capacity and 1.4KW power consumption for industrial heating and cutting applications.
Core Components & Functionality
- Pressure Gauge: Monitors and displays real-time pressure values for operational safety
- Pressure Control Switch: Automatically stops gas production during over-pressure conditions and resumes when pressure normalizes
- Auxiliary Filter Tank: Contains pure water for HHO gas filtration; compatible with alcohol or petroleum ether additives for flame diffusion and temperature control
- Electrolyzer System: Four independent cylinder electrolytic cells, each producing 100L of HHO gas
- Power Supply: Dedicated power module for each electrolytic cell
- Anti-Backfire Flame Arrestor: Dry-type safety device prevents flame propagation back through gas tubes during backfire incidents
