HTG1602D | 16x2 Character COG | Reflective LCD | No Backlight | FSTN (+) Positive Gray Display
DESCRIPTION
This 16x2 character Chip-On-Glass (COG) LCD shows blue pixels on a gray background. The FSTN positive LCD is reflective and does not have a backlight. As a COG display, there's no PCB and the controller/driver is directly bonded to the glass of the display. The Liquid Crystal Display offers a wide operating temperature range from -10 to 50 degrees Celsius. This HTG1602D display with built-in ST7032I controller has a 6:00 optimal view, 4-bit/ 8-bit parallel interface, operates at 3.3V supply voltage and is RoHS compliant.
