TFT-H014A3DQIST4N10 is a 1.4-inch square TFT LCD display module with a resolution of 240x240, a built-in ST7789 controller, an optional touch screen, high picture quality, IPS wide viewing angle, support for 8080 8-bit, 9-bit, 16-bit, 18-bit parallel interface and 3-wire, 4-wire serial interface, 65K/262K true color, FPC connection (optional connector), 2.8V voltage, and support for vertical display.

This product is presented to users in a 1.4 square appearance, with a delicate body, but the content that can be displayed is not monotonous at all. The application range can be smart wearables, electronic equipment, instrumentation and other products.
