Compared to the traditional C frame press, the two-column presses are chrome-plated tie-rod structures to achieve high rigidity and minimize deflection of the entire machine construction, as well as much higher precise bed-to-ram parallelism, which can counteract the yawning that can occur with traditional C-frame presses.
