Shuntec’s H frame press is the hydraulic press specially designed for an array of applications and forming processes that require big tonnage yet short working stroke and small bed size, such as coining, embossing, stamping, shallow drawing, crimping, bending, pressing, and so on.
Our H frame presses are characterized by their unique compact and clean gantry frame style, resulting in the “H” formation for the whole machine body. To distinguish it from the Shuntec gib-guided press, the H frame press has no functional construction of gibs. So this series of H frame presses are a cost-effective solution compared.

Nominal force output ranges in tonnage from 100 to 500 tons, with a bed size of up to 28” front to back, and the fully configurable specs for speed, stroke, daylight, and shut height. The heavy welded and rib-reinforced frame body is extremely rigid and helps minimum deflection to provide high rigidity and durability. Well-forged and precise-polished heavy-duty cylinders perform highly reliable when the machines running at the high load condition. A 4-rod guided ram to ensure the accuracy of repeatability. Shuntec H frame presses are typically best suited for stamping, pressing, and forming jewelry, as well as embossing gold and silver.
