1. I am a COD customer, what is the payment process?
Payment is cash on delivery. However, if the item is a non-stock item specially ordered for you, then an upfront payment of 50% will be required with the balance before delivery/collection.

2. How does Rate of Exchange influence the pricing?
Our non-stock prices are based on the current exchange rate of the currency of the supplier involved and shown on the quote. Any variation between the rate as quoted and the actual rate at time of invoicing will be for your account, debit or credit. However we can also buy forward cover on your request and offer firm pricing.

3. How long will delivery take?
This depends on the scenario. If the goods are in stock, then delivery takes around 3 working days. If the goods are imported via airfreight it will take around 4-6 weeks, or via sea-freight will take 12-14 weeks. Your sales consultant will be able to give you the specific time period depending on the order at the time.
