GeoMax® Geocell is a high-performance, three-dimensional cellular confinement system made from reinforced HDPE or Nano-Polymer sheets. When expanded, it forms a flexible, yet rigid, mattress-like structure that confines and stabilizes infill materials like soil, sand, gravel, or concrete.

2. How does a geocell work?
It works through the principle of lateral confinement. The cellular walls prevent the infill material from moving laterally under load, creating a stiffened composite layer that distributes loads over a wider area, significantly increasing the bearing capacity of the underlying soil.
