Q: What is your payment terms?

A: Usually, we do by T/T 30% as deposit, the balance payment after bulk production sample confirmed and before shipment. L/C is also        acceptable.

Q: Some clients said, please send me your sample same as my pictures.

A: To be honest, it is impossible to know the quality only based on photos from the screen. We will quote according to your specification requirement with our normal quality standard. However, it is the best way to send us your sample to get the exact price.

Q: What's the time of delivery?

A: For materials available in stock ready to ship, we can do delivery in 1-3 days. For custom orders, usually 7-15 days after deposit received.

Q: How do you deal with the quality problem of the products?

A: We will confirm with you about the specification in words first, then send sample accordingly, after you confirmed the sample, we start the mass production. Sample will be sent again to confirm when the goods are ready.
