Product Description
FD-601E is a wide molecular weight distribution fluoroelastomer precompound containing copolymer of hexa-fluoropropylene and vinylidene-fluoride with curatives. Designed for compression molding products such as O-rings, V-rings and gaskets.

Recommended Processing Procedures
FD-601E can be compounded with internal mixers or two-roll mills with standard fillers and other ingredients used in typical fluoroelastomer formulations. All dry ingredients should be blended before adding to the rubbery solid. Full cooling should be maintained during compounding, and the compound should be cooled quickly after mixing.
