Product Description
FD-601E is a wide molecular weight distribution fluoroelastomer precompound containing copolymer of hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene-fluoride with curatives, designed for compression molding products like O-rings, V-rings, and gaskets.

Recommended Processing Procedures
FD-601E can be compounded with internal mixers or two-roll mills using standard fillers and ingredients typical for fluoroelastomer formulations. Dry ingredients should be blended before adding to the rubbery solid. Maintain full cooling during compounding and cool the compound quickly after mixing.
