FD-401NFS is a fluoroelastomer precompound containing copolymer of hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene fluoride with curatives. Specifically designed for O-rings, seals, gaskets, and other complex shapes.

Processing Procedures
FD-401NFS can be compounded with internal mixers or two-roll mills using standard fillers and ingredients typical for fluoroelastomer formulations. All dry ingredients should be blended before adding to the rubbery solid. Full cooling should be maintained during compounding, and the compound should be cooled as quickly as possible after mixing.
