Q: what is your delivery time?

For charging posts, it is usually 3-4 weeks If there is no stock, the production lead time is determined according to the order quantity. High-power DC char- ging posts usually need to be customized according to the customer's technical parameters.

Q: How long does it take to customize the prototype?

For charging piles, the prototype time is usually 7 days.
For DC charging post, the prototype time is usually 15 days.
For high power fast charging station, the technical parameters need to be
determined before production, and the prototype time is usually 30 days.

Q: How to guarantee the service?

Our products are divided into two categories: household and commercial.
For home chargers, we provide standardized service: 1 year warranty + remote installation and usage guidance + video installation tutorial
For commercial chargers, we not only provide standardized services for charging piles, but also provide payment software docking services for opera
ting companies.

For quality control, our company mainly focuses on the following aspects:

In terms of raw material procurement: strictly control the quality of raw materials and conduct incoming inspection.
In the production process: each link is inspected by a specially assigned person, and a separate department is set up to conduct sampling inspection for each link.
In terms of ex factory inspection: for each product, a special department is responsible for ex factory inspection. For products that do not meet the standard, the whole batch will be retested.
Each link shall be set with strict control gates to ensure the overall quality of the product.
