Raw material:

1. Rolling welded steel tube: Ø4.76 - Ø8x0.71mm

2. Low carbon steel wire: Ø1.2 to Ø1.6mm

3. Bracket: Steel plate (SPCC) thickness: 0.6 to 2.0mm

Structure:

1. Flat type of wire on tube condener used at the back.

2. Bended or sprial type of wire on tube condenser used at the bottom. Wrapped type of tube embed on plate.

Key process:

Tube bending - Welding - Fix the bracket - Weld the suction tube - Leakage test - Cleaning - Coating - Inspection - Packing

Technical Standards:

Wire picth ≥ 5mm. We can produce according to the drawing or sample provided by the clients. We can also help the clients design the condenser.

Performance:

1. Surface with electrophoresis coating to prevent the corrosion.

2. Inner cleanness can meet the requirement of R134a & CFC cooling system.

3. The condenser is able to satsify the design cooling capability requirements.
