Q2: How can I get a quote?
A2: Detailed drawings (PDF/STEP/IGS/DWG...) with material, quantity and surface treatment information.
Usually a quotation for a product is sent in 24 hours after we receive enquiry with all the necessary detatils
Q3: Can I get a quote without drawings?
A3: Sure, we appreciate to receive your samples, pictures or drafts with detailed dimensions for accurate quotation.
Q4: How can I get a sample for quality check?
A4: After quotation, if needed, you can ask for samples to check quality. We are willing to provide with sample for quality and function testing. sample fee is needed, will be returned when mass production if possible.
Q5: How about the lead time?
A5: Generally, we need 5~10 days for samples, but it can be shortened for urgent order. 3-4 weeks for mass production.
Q6: What will you do if we receive poor quality parts?
A6: Please kindly send us the pictures, our engineers will find the solutions and remake them for you asap.
