What is horizontal flow wrapping packaging machinery?
The flow wrapping machinery packages product by wrapping it in film. The flow wrapping machinery has an infeed conveyor, a film feed assembly, a forming area, a cutting head, and a discharge area. Product is placed on the infeed conveyor. As the infeed conveyor delivers product to the forming area, film is drawn from the film feed assembly into the forming area, where a film tube is formed around the product and a finseal is created. The film tube and the product then are delivered to the cutting head. The cutting head creates the endseals while it cuts apart adjoining wrapped products into individual packages, and delivers the packages to the discharge area. At this time the whole packing process is done.

The packing machine packages product by wrapping it in film. The packing machine has an in-feed conveyor, a film feed assembly, a forming area, a cutting head, and a discharge area.
The features about the high-speed flow packaging machine:
1. The main circuit is multi-point controlled by the PLC, accurate, reliable and with stable performance.
2. Adopting the frequency converter to step-less speed regulation.
3. The temperature control circuit is composed of intelligent temperature controller, constant energy relay and other components, enables the machine with accurate temperature control, direct display and convenient setting. The electro-magnetic realizes the multi-point tracking and detection, enables a precise cutting position, that means accurate pack length and reliable packing speed control.
4. Forward and reverse intelligent tracing is used to increase the tracing precision and reduce tracing time, in order to reduce the amount of waste products.
5. The machine will be stopped at a predetermined position when stopped, so to prevent film from burning-up.
6. According to the customer's demands, we could add auxiliary equipments: Date and batch number printer, various automatic feeding machines, film winding device chip edge, angle-folding mechanism of packing bag etc.
