Our black oxide stainless steel rope mesh can be made of 304, 316 or 316L stainless steel. Colour can be standard or black oxide. The black oxide stainless steel is widely used in sun-direct areas, because the feature to absorb the sunlight, will make eyes feel comfortable.
Difference between 304/316 and 304L/316L:
304 / 316 (Carbon content 0.08) and 304L / 316L (Carbon content 0.03). The main difference is the carbon content.
The lower carbon content ensures the stability of the material at high temperatures, 304L/316L is suitable for high temperature environments and places near the sea.
Mesh Aperture/Width:
Along with the wire diameter the mesh aperture width contributes to the aesthetics such as the level of transparency therefore the larger the width the more transparent it will be. Different Mesh Types :

- Knotted Type is a kind of plain weave, each warp wire rope crosses alternately above and below each weft wire rope. Warp and weft wire ropes generally have the same diameter.
- Ferruled Type is of the same physical properties with the knotted mesh, the only difference is in the combination style, the stainless wire rope are combined by the ferrules which are made of the same grade stainless steel.
