Ferruled Stainless steel rope mesh is a professional safety nets, using 304/316 stainless steel cables.

As for the ferruled stainless steel rope mesh, the ss wire rope is neither woven nor across. It is a structure of stainless steel wire ropes that are parallel to each other and are connected to each other and bent by the stainless steel ferrules. The structure of the wire rope is 7 x 7 or 7 x19. The standard mesh angle is 60 °. All components are made from AISI 304 or AISI 316 material groups.

Installation Steps Guide:

1.  Firstly : Determine the length and height of flexible stainless steel wire rope mesh direction you received(make sure the stainless steel rope mesh is in the same directions as the frame);
2.  Secondly : Stretch the mesh, use Cable-Ties fixed mesh angle on the frame, and from top to bottom in order to secure both sides. (Note: Fixed both sides of the same time downward stretch mesh to shape the mesh hole)
3.  Thirdly : Using the single stainless steel wire rope insert the mesh opening in the edge into the frame by winding, this method is the most common way, fast and strong.(Wrap the stainless steel wire rope around the frame)
4.  Finally : Press the ferrule with the pliers tool, and cut off cable-ties belt. Now, each of the mesh angle is 60°
