Our MOQ of each item is 1pc.
2. What size and what kind of tent should i choose?
We can recommend the suitable material, design and size according to your request.
3. Can you make my own design?
Yes. You can send us your own design photos with detail requirements, then we will send you drawings for confirmation before production.
4. How do I pay?
Pay by T/T(Wire Transfer), Western Union. 30%-50% deposit, balance after finishing production, before shipment.
5. Do you have any warranty for your products? How can I do in case it get damaged?
2 years' limited warranty. It's long distance to ship goods back, so we send repair kit for every inflatable product. If it is damaged, you can use repair kit (glue and same color material) to repair, and we are happy to guide you through if there's any problem.
