Grinding wheels made of CBN abrasives can be divided into the following four types according to the different processing processes and the different compositions of bonding agents used. Their properties and uses (referring to mechanical processing uses) are also different.

Diamond CBN grinding sharpening wheels
We use advanced electroplating process to coat diamond abasives on Steel or Aluminum hubs. Selected diamond abrasives and Solid steel rods and aluminum rods are applied in our products. It makes our products performing well on the quality and appearance.

CBN has a higher hardness than ordinary abrasives. High hardness means better cutting ability and sharper; CBN has high wear resistance, which means it is harder to wear than ordinary abrasives; the ability to maintain the shape of the abrasive grain is one of the main characteristics of CBN as a high performance abrasive; CBN has high compressive strength, which means it can keep the grain intact and not break easily when used under harsh conditions; CBN has good thermal conductivity, which allows cold cutting during grinding.
