Cross beam utilizes German Messel technology and gantry frame design to eliminate torsion. The box steel structure features non-rectangular tube construction, fully annealed after welding to eliminate internal stress and prevent long-term deformation.

Horizontal guideway employs domestic or imported double axle core linear guideways with high precision. Longitudinal guide rails feature special metal grinding surfaces for exceptional mechanical accuracy and wear resistance.

Advanced software supports common edge, bridge, continuous cutting, and micro-connection processes to maximize sheet metal utilization and cutting efficiency.

Optional straight flame cutting device can be installed on the gantry back to complete straight cutting of carbon steel metals.
