Cross beam utilizes German Messel technology and gantry frame design to effectively eliminate torsion. The non-rectangular tube box steel structure undergoes complete annealing after welding to eliminate internal stress, ensuring long-term dimensional stability. This stable frame architecture enables higher cutting precision and faster cutting speeds.

Horizontal guideways feature domestic or imported double axle core linear guideways with high precision and excellent guidance. Longitudinal guide rails incorporate specially ground metal surfaces for superior mechanical accuracy and wear resistance.

Advanced nesting software supports common edge, bridge, continuous cutting, and micro-connection cutting processes to maximize sheet metal utilization and improve cutting efficiency.

Optional straight flame cutting device can be installed on the back of the gantry CNC cutting machine to complete straight cutting operations on carbon steel metals.
