Production Process Overview
The automated line processes potatoes through 16 specialized stations, transforming raw potatoes into frozen french fries ready for packaging.
1. Hoister with Water Spray: Pre-cleans potatoes and softens skins before transferring to washing/peeling machine.
2. Washing & Peeling Machine: Utilizes hard brush and emery brush technology with uneven, corrugated brushes for complete potato peeling.
3. Inspecting Table: Manual quality control station for removing potato eyes and dark spots, featuring waste material removal and unpeeled potato return system.
5. Potato Cutter: Precision cutting system determining french fries quality through consistent length and shape control.
6. Rinsing Machine: Removes potato starch and prevents oxidation to maintain natural potato color.
7. Blanching Machine: Deactivates oxidase activity, removes starch, separates reducing sugar, and creates soft inner texture for french fries.
8. Vibrating Dewater Machine: Removes excess water with integrated waste removal system for small potato parts.
9. Electric Dryer: Final water removal and drying stage for french fries.
10. Continuous Frying Machine: High-capacity frying system for uniform cooking of french fries in minimal time.
