• The structure:

The main parts are: triplex high pressure reciprocating pump, diesel engine, water tank,oil tank, inlet water hose, and cleaning accessory, electric control cabinet.

• Triplex high pressure reciprocating pump: It is triplex plunger pump, and the working principle and maintenance please see the operation manual of high pressure pump.
• Water tank: water tank is the device of storing water and filter. There are two filtering clapboards, and it should check for some times. The place of the water must higher than the high pressure pump, in order to exclude the air of inlet pipeline.

Cleaning accessory: there are many kinds of cleaning accessory; it should match according to the client’s request. The usual are: high pressure hoses, high pressure pipes, foot control valve, spray guns, etc.

High pressure hoses are the main safe parts of the washer; it must use the supporting products. Before use, it must be checked, and if there are some wearing parts, it should be rechanged. Fixed the joint, in case of loosing.

The high pressure pipes usually in a fixed place, which made from the stainless steel extra high pressure, and installed in a fixed pipe way. When installation, it should match with the limit valve and globe valve, and control box.

Foot control valve is used in the pipelines, containers, rotary kiln of cement plant, sometimes used in as the twin gun switch valve operation. When use the special accessories such as spray boom, rotating nozzle, it should use the foot control valve to realize the control of water jet change. When loose the valve, the water jet.

Spray gun is the washer’s change energy parts, for considering the safety, usually, it is overflow spray guns, that means there is a overflow pipe, when close the spray gun, it overflows, and unloading the high pressure pump.

2. Methods of use

A. Preparation before use

• Adding lubricating oil to crankcase of high pressure pumps and motor and make oil surface reach middle of oil pointer,meanwhile adding lubricating oil to the front oil tank. The lubricating oil is the NO.46 mechanical oil, or the same viscosity of air compressor oil, or the hydraulic oil.
• Screwing down every joint, add the flexible buckle to the interface of high pressure hose, and fixed it.
• Check whether the electric engine and the starter’s insulation parts are satisfied the electrical rules or not. For considering the safety, the washer must be reliable grounding.
• Supplying enough clean water and use water input hose to connect well the water tank and the high pressure pump’s interface. No leaking in the connecting parts.

B. Operating process

Start the motor under the spray gun is closed and waiting the motor is working normally, and then begins other operation. At this time, the regulating valve is unloading. Run it for 5 minutes and examine the pump (whether it is normal), the pressure of the oil should between 0.3Mpa and 0.6Mpa.If its sound is normal and discharging media is not obviously fluctuating, we can put the trigger of the spray gun and regulate the pressure regulating valve to the requested cleaning pressure and then lock the nut, use the spray gun to clean towards the objects cleaned by the washer. At this time, spray gun is under the condition of high pressure jet.

When finishing the cleaning work , loose the trigger and unload the spray gun and meanwhile anti-clockwise loose the pressure regulating valve hand wheel and the main set operates under the condition of unloading and then stop.

C. Notes for operation:

a. The safety valve is regulated well when left factory, so users can’t regulate it at will.

b. No assembling and disassembling main set, accessories and pipelines under high pressure, we should stop the machine when dealing with breakdown.

c. Only on the condition of the machine works well, can do the cleaning.

d. Prohibit jetting towards the human beings, animals, and electrical appliance.

e. The operating worker should be trained.

f. The accessories should be the original provide accessories, such as the spray gun.

g. When do the jetting, the workers should use the protected objects
