70Mpa Explosion Proof Water Pump for High Pressure Cleaning
Attention: Tank water level must higher than the high pressure washer, location of water outlet in the bottom of the tank, as the left picture show.
Wring out the high pressure hose and regulate the handwheel regulator in anticlockwise to make the water outlet; then regulate the handwheel regulator in clockwise, even to there no water in outlet and fix the high pressure hose , and this time there is no air in the water inlet pipe.
(2)operation process
Start electric motor when spray gun shut down, at this point, pressure regulating valve is in off-load condition. Run it 5 minutes, and then check whether the pump is running normally. If there is no abnormal noise or obvious undulation, pull the trigger and adjust pressure- regulating valve to washing pressure, lock the locknut, then spray at the substance. Now spray gun is in high-pressure spray condition.
When finishing the cleaning work , unlock the trigger to unload spray gun, at the same time open hand wheel. Machine runs in press relief condition, then shutdown.
