MH24 can easily automate machine maintenance applications and is also capable of arc and laser welding. The maintenance and inspection of MH24 is also very detailed. The robot body should be dedusted and cleaned according to the working environment on site. Its body and 6-axis tool end should be checked to see if they are fixed. Check whether there is oil leakage or oil leakage when the gear box of the body and the wrist are in a sealed state. Check the use status and wear and tear of the robot's signal cables, body cables, power cables, and user cables. And its motor structure is a left-right rotation structure, which can easily adjust the placement direction without replacing the reed switch and air duct.
