Motoman's ES200D spot welding robot offers a higher payload capacity. A 200 kg maximum payload capacity requires a powerful build, and this robot delivers. Not willing to sacrifice quality for size, Motoman developed the ES200D DX100 robot to feature both. Its repeatability of 0.2 mm and maximum motion range remain unchanged from the ES series. Power and utility cables are kept in place with cable harnesses and routed through the ES200D body to reduce maintenance costs and increase weld quality and reliability.
